 Every agent in the office has a mail folder. The mail folders are located in the RED filing cabinets in the same area as the copier A next to the kitchen in the command center.

All faxing is through Ring Central by signing in with your email. Click on the fax icon (left side) click on the plus icon next to fax at the top of the screen. Select new fax and enter information in following the prompts. 

  • Code: last 4 digits of your SSN
  • B&W Copies/Prints are $.05 
  • Color Copies/Prints are $.35


To set up your personal computer for printing to the office printers: Reach out to ReppertFactor  215-945-8869 Option 4  *Must be in the office and on the office Wifi!*

  • To create a "Help Ticket" online:
    • Go to reppertfactor.com
    • Select Current Clients
    • Login Using Email & Password (on your password sheet)
    • Select Create Ticket
    • Fill Out Request
      • Select Time Sensitivity
      • Select Operating System
      • Describe Issue
      • Select Next to Submit Ticket

  • KWRI Tech Fee, E&O Insurance, and Communications Package 
  • Office Technology Fee & Remote Tech Support (Help Tickets).
  • Prints/Copies, Desk Fees, ShowingTime charges (+/- $6 based on your individual ShowingTime usage) and purchased office supplies will be added to your agent bill. 
  • Please refer to Expense Guidelines for additional fees. 
  • Invoices are emailed on the 10th and due on the 20th of each month 
  • Auto-pay accounts are charged on the 25th of each month
  • Late fee for unpaid office bills is assessed on the 25th of the month
